Film, TV & Production Catering

Film and TV catering that runs on call time

Film and TV catering in Los Angeles for features, episodic, commercials, music videos and photo shoots: breakfast on call, hot lunches at the sixth hour, craft services all day and second meals when the day runs long.

On set across Los Angeles

Catering built around the call sheet

Production catering in LA starts with the call sheet, not the clock. Film and TV catering in Los Angeles means breakfast ready before general crew call, a hot lunch timed to the sixth hour, craft services kept stocked between setups, and a second meal ready if the day goes long. We plan each day from your call times and headcount, and when the call moves we move with it. A shoot that wraps late on Thursday and calls early on Friday is a normal week for us.

Most shoots here happen inside the Thirty Mile Zone, LA’s studio zone, which takes in stages in Culver City and Hollywood, the beach cities and the industrial lots of the South Bay. We deliver to stages, to basecamp on location, and to company moves between them. Parking rules, permit restrictions and tight streets shape where a meal can be set, so we confirm the drop point with your location or production team ahead of time.

On set

What we provide for crews

Breakfast on call

Hot breakfast burritos, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal and fruit ready before crew call, with coffee urns staged for the departments that arrive first and leave last.

Hot crew lunches

A real hot meal at the sixth hour: two or three proteins, a vegan main, sides and salads, served buffet style so the line moves fast.

Craft services

All-day snacks, fruit, coffee, drinks and hot bites kept stocked between setups, separate from the main meal and refreshed through the day. Healthy options sit next to the comfort snacks for long days.

Walkaway & boxed lunches

Labeled boxed meals for walkaway lunches, company moves, splinter units and second units working away from basecamp, packed hot or cold. See boxed and prepared meals.

Dietary cards by name

Vegan, gluten-free and allergy plates tracked on a dietary card for each crew member and labeled by name every day of the shoot. See special diets catering.

Multi-day shoots

Menus that rotate across a week or a full season, with headcounts updated from each day’s call sheet. Long runs and production offices fit our daily managed dining.

★★★★★
“Eric (the owner) has been on top of his game and consistently delivering catered meals to our office. He always warns me when LA traffic has his drivers bogged down but they somehow always arrive on-time for our clients. … We order around 230 meals a week and he’s always delivered.”

Yes. Send the next day’s call sheet as soon as it is out and we adjust breakfast, lunch and craft services to match.

Do you provide craft services as well as hot meals?

Yes. Craft services and catered meals can be booked together or separately, depending on how your production is staffed.

Can you deliver to basecamp on location?

Yes. We deliver to stages and to basecamp on location across our LA service area, and confirm the drop point and parking with your team in advance.

Do you cater second meals and night shoots?

Yes. Second meals, overtime meals and overnight shoots are planned in advance and adjusted as the day runs.

Which parts of Los Angeles do you cater?
