Office Lunch

Office lunch catering on your schedule

Office lunch catering in Los Angeles with hot buffets, salad bars, taco bars, sandwich platters and boxed lunches, labeled for every diet and set up so the line moves fast.

One-off or every week

Lunch your team does not get tired of

Lunch for an LA office has to handle a wide spread of tastes in one room. A single team might include someone who is vegan, someone avoiding gluten and someone who wants a real plate of carne asada. We plan for that from the start. Every order has a clear mix of proteins, a plant-based main and labeled sides, so no one ends up eating chips and a cookie because nothing else worked for them.

Standing programs are where our office lunch catering in Los Angeles does its best work. Set a lunch day for the week, give us a headcount, and we rotate cuisines so the menu changes: Latin one week, Mediterranean the next, then BBQ or a build-your-own grain bowl bar. Drivers arrive inside a tight window, set up in your break room or conference room, and leave. If you need someone to stay and run the line, a server can be added.

How lunch shows up

Formats that fit your office

Hot buffets

Chafing-dish mains, pastas, rice and roasted vegetables with serving utensils and fuel, set up so a team of 40 can get through the line quickly.

Taco & bowl bars

Proteins, rice, beans, salsas and toppings laid out so people build their own plates, which handles mixed diets without any special orders. See Latin and Mexican catering.

Salad & grain bars

Greens, grains, roasted vegetables and a choice of proteins, with dressings on the side. A lighter lunch that still feels like a full meal and does not send the afternoon into a slump.

Sandwich & wrap platters

Deli sandwiches, wraps and pinwheels with sides and cookies. The simplest choice for working lunches where people eat at their desks or carry a plate back into a meeting.

Individually boxed lunches

Sealed and labeled for each person for hybrid days, split floors and anyone who will eat later. Each box carries a name and diet tag. See boxed and prepared meals.

Rotating weekly programs

Pick a recurring day and we cycle cuisines and menus, so a standing order never settles into the same tray every week. Sample ideas are on the casual catering menu.

“Eric (the owner) has been on top of his game and consistently delivering catered meals to our office. He always warns me when LA traffic has his drivers bogged down but they somehow always arrive on-time for our clients. … We order around 230 meals a week and he’s always delivered.”

Office Lunch FAQ

Common questions

Can we set up a standing weekly lunch?

Yes. Choose the day, the headcount and the format. We rotate the menu so it does not repeat week to week.

Is every dish labeled for allergens?

Yes. Each tray and each boxed lunch carries a label listing the dish and common allergens and diet tags.

What is the smallest lunch order you take?

We regularly cater lunches for groups of around 10 and up. Call us with your headcount and we will confirm the best format.

Which parts of Los Angeles do you cater?

We cater across four regions of LA County: the South Bay, the Palos Verdes Peninsula, the Westside and coast, and South Los Angeles. Every community we cover is listed on our service areas page.

Do you provide staff, setup and equipment?

Yes. Drop-off orders arrive set up and labeled. Full-service events add uniformed staff, chafing and serving equipment, help coordinating rentals, and cleanup after the last guest eats.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. Any menu can be adjusted for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and allergy-conscious guests, with each item labeled. See vegan and special diets catering.
