Vegan & Special Diets

Vegan and special diets catering

Vegan catering in Los Angeles that people choose on purpose, along with gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and allergy-conscious menus labeled dish by dish.

Every guest eats well

Diets planned in, not added on

In Los Angeles, a group of twenty almost always includes someone who is vegan, someone avoiding gluten and someone with a food allergy. Plant-based eating is common here, and guests notice when the vegan option is an afterthought. Our vegan catering in Los Angeles treats those dishes as full mains: grain bowls, roasted vegetable platters, plant-based tacos, pasta and Mediterranean spreads that the whole room will want to eat. Guests who eat meat often reach for them first.

For other diets the same rule applies. Gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-aware dishes are planned into the menu from the start, kept separate during packing and labeled on every tray or box. For crews and offices we can track diets by name, so each person gets the meal they asked for. We are honest about limits: we are not an allergen-free facility, and we tell you what each dish contains so you can decide.

How we handle diets

Menus for every requirement

Vegan mains

Grain bowls, plant-based tacos, roasted vegetable platters, pasta and Mediterranean mezze that work as a full meal, not a side, and that meat eaters will happily take too.

Gluten-free

Corn tortillas, rice and potato sides, grilled proteins and salads built gluten-free from the start rather than adapted later, and labeled clearly on every tray.

Dairy-free & vegetarian

Dairy-free dressings and sides, and vegetarian mains with eggs or cheese for guests who eat them, each marked on the label. Nothing is hidden in a sauce or dressing.

Allergy labeling

Each tray or box labeled with the dish and common allergens, and allergy meals packed and sealed apart from the main order. Severe allergies are flagged in bold on the label.

Diets tracked by name

Individual meals labeled for each person for crews, offices and schools, so each person picks up the meal they asked for. See film and TV catering for on-set dietary cards.

Mixed-diet menus

Menus where most dishes suit most guests, so the vegan, the gluten-free guest and everyone else share one table instead of separate plates. Ideas are on our catering menus page.

“They had known several guests were in need of a different option due to food sensitivities, myself being one of them. Usually this type of meal isn’t as great as the majority meal. My plate was amazing.”

Vegan & Special Diets FAQ

Common questions

Is your kitchen allergen-free?

No. We prepare allergy meals with care and label them clearly, but we are not an allergen-free facility. Tell us about severe allergies so we can advise you.

Can a whole event be vegan?

Yes. We cater fully plant-based events, from office lunches to weddings, with menus built around vegan mains.

Can you track diets by person?

Yes. For crews, offices and schools we label meals by name with each person’s dietary needs.

Which parts of Los Angeles do you cater?

We cater across four regions of LA County: the South Bay, the Palos Verdes Peninsula, the Westside and coast, and South Los Angeles. Every community we cover is listed on our service areas page.

Do you provide staff, setup and equipment?

Yes. Drop-off orders arrive set up and labeled. Full-service events add uniformed staff, chafing and serving equipment, help coordinating rentals, and cleanup after the last guest eats.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. Any menu can be adjusted for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and allergy-conscious guests, with each item labeled. See vegan and special diets catering.
